2009 Year in Review

It seems like 2009 was the year of thrash, with solid releases from old and new school bands alike. Although I can see the whole thrash revival getting old fast.

In addition to the thrash revival business, 2009 saw a ton of solid metal releases in just about every genre available. Below is a list I compiled of notable albums in 2009.
